eReceipt Maker provides a simplified and easy way of producing sales receipts for your business. Using this program, you can create either service receipts or products receipts - or even both.
Because customer information is stored, you can quickly create receipts for repeat customers. As you type in the customer's name, a pop-up window appears with potential matches. If your customer is in the list, select it, and their remaining information is automatically populated into the form. If your business sells products, you can enter your product information into the program. When you create a product receipt, simply select the products sold and enter the quantity. The total price and description are automatically entered into the receipt.
Receipt Numbering
Receipt numbering is grouped by year and the program will automatically prompt you to reset the receipt number at the beginning of the year. You can use the default receipt numbering of YY-0000 or customize it to fit your individual needs.
Database Sharing
New for version 1.5, you can now use a shared eReceipt Maker database with other eReceipt Maker users. This allows you to maintain a single set of receipts where previously each eReceipt Maker maintained its own set of receipts.
Custom Receipt Fields
Also new in version 1.5, is the ability to create custom receipt fields. This is beneficial for businesses that need to add information not commonly found on a receipt. For example, patient ID or tax extempt ID. You can create up to five custom fields.
